Cancellation Policy
An automatic 20% cancellation fee will be charged for all no shows and cancellations within 48 hours. Special Exceptions may apply at stylists discretion. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but transferable with a 30 day reschedule.
Late Policy- There is a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Following that an extra $1 will be charger per minute that you’re late. After 30 minutes the appointment will be cancelled.
Stylists reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in the event of an emergency or impact of service. A deposit may then be refunded or transferred to your next service date. Stylist will contact you directly to further discuss.
